In late 2020, Brenner started DIG Real Estate as the Principal. DIG is involved in investment, development, capital markets & financing, brokerage and consulting for residential and commercial real estate projects across the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to starting DIG Real Estate, Brenner served as Managing Director of Development and Partner in Oregon & SW Washington for Holland Partner Group. His responsibilities included site acquisition, entitlements, design, finance, marketing and working with the team in all facets to plan, design and execute development and redevelopment projects.
Brenner has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, finance and construction. During his real estate career Brenner has obtained valuable experience developing and financing well in excess of $2 billion in total transaction volume. Experience and relationships with various financing sources have been a valuable asset in the garden style, mid-rise, senior housing and high-rise developments Brenner has been involved in.
Brenner has successfully led project teams in the site acquisition, design, development and financing of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial developments to mitigate risk and provide quality developments that will stand the test of time for investment partners. Brenner enjoys identifying new investment opportunities, keeping close tabs on market conditions and spending time with his family.
Brenner holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, a graduate certificate in real estate development from Portland State University and is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Multifamily NW and Portland Business Alliance.
